I'd buy that if it was a bit cheaper. £550 is taking the piss, though. You can get a taxed, tested, good condition ten year old Punto for that money, so as a price for a 25yo project Panda, it's a bit steep, even with those wheel trims.
I'd pay more than that for one of these, though:
